It is the Buyer's responsibility to return all personal papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc. Buyer must remove the goods in 48 Hours or the goods will become the property of STORAGEMAX, unless the Buyer signs a lease agreement for said unit, and pays cash for the current month's rent.
The buyer must pay cash for the unit in the amount of his/her highest bid. All items in the unit must be hauled off-premises. StorageMax will not provide the use of an on-site dumpster for auction buyers. Buyer acknowledges that he/she is bidding on ALL items within the unit and ALL items must be removed and the unit must be left clean.
